Just wandering whom to contact relative to possibilities in the Philippines. Lived there, wife is Filipino retired Medical Tech with Philippine Ntl. Health dept. I’m retired U.s. Gov/Military/Banking exec. We lie in Cape Coral, florida. Both Lutheran/MS Christians for life. Many years volunteer work with children and adults/orphans.
